SATA guarantees that the equipment supplied is free from material and production defaults. The Premium Warranty is valid under the condition that the equipment is used and handled correctly in accordance with the SATA operating instructions.

The Premium Warranty covers the expenses for repair and free of charge replacement of defective parts featuring material or production defaults; further claims are excluded as far as there is no legally compulsory liability.

The Premium Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts in particular (e.g. nozzle sets, filters, packings, diaphragms, springs), normal wear, electronic components and overstressing. Performance of warranty acts does neither cause a prolongation of the warranty period, nor does it initiate a new warranty period. Claims may only be recognized in case the equipment is sent carriage paid, assembled and in its original state, to the supplier or the SATA Importer, along with copies of the Premium Warranty inscription or email confirmation as well as the proof of purchase.

From now on, among all online registrations for SATA Premium Warranty, a state-of-the-art high-quality Apple iPod photo (30 GB) at a value of EUR 349,- will be raffled each month. The iPod saves as MP3-Player up to 7.500 music titles. Used as a personal photo album, it provides a memory capacity for a five-hours slide show. The participation in the sweep stake is only possible upon entering the entire data (mandatory field), the correct E-Mail address as well as the correct SAL codes in the registration form for the SATA Premium warranty (within 30 days upon date of purchase).
