To help you gain an impression of the SATA performance, we are presenting to you below a few excerpts from the poll results. For SATA and Dan-Am, these extraordinarily good evaluations are the benchmark to be overcome in future for the good of the SATA customers.
  1.  Both dealers and product users do see SATA and Dan-Am as highly competent, professional, sympathetic, solution-oriented, courteous, innovative and customer-oriented.

  2. All bodyshops using SATA equipment are in general satisfied with SATA/Dan-Am (87 % are completely/very satisfied), as are dealers.

  3. 98 % of shops/painters would recommend SATA paint spray guns to a friend, as would 99 % of the dealers.

  4. Accordingly, 99 % of dealers reported overall satisfaction with SATA/Dan-Am (89 % are completely/very satisfied)

    65 % of the dealers expect the market share of SATA to grow.
  5. SATA top coat spray guns do enjoy an extremely high overall satisfaction level with bodyshops/painters in all aspects, such as
    • spray gun quality (100 %)
    • atomization (97 %)
    • ease of spray gun use and settings (99 %)
    • work speed (99 %)
    • ergonomics (99 %)
    • ease of servicing (98 %)
    • material / air consumption (97 % / 99 %)
  6. 88 % of bodyshops/painters are of the opinion that the price value relationship of SATA spray equipments is acceptable.
  7. There is a high satisfaction level with WD’s and dealers – in some aspects with improvement potential – with order processing, delivery times, repair services, telephone contacts and sales support by representatives.
  8. The satisfaction level of bodyshops does increase significantly the higher the availability and the shorter the delivery times for SATA products and spare parts are - as expected.
  9. 99 % of dealers who paid a visit to the SATA/Dan-Am website www.sata.com are satisfied with the website design and its contents; 74 % are completely/very satisfied with the possibilities to download application-, service-, product-use- and maintenance- videos, leaflets, operating instructions, etc.
