A brilliant appearance in a new, appealing design

The spray gun body as well as the control parts of the SATAjet 3000 are perfectly aligned with the geometry of the hand – a rounded handle in the current retro look as well as the option to operate the trigger with one, two or even three fingers allow precise and fatigue-free painting.
The reduced weight in comparison to previous models allows a safe spray gun handling.

Chrome as protection shield

The increased use of waterborne paints, even with clear coat, requires a sturdy paint spray gun. The gun body as well as the control parts and, in particular all material passages, must be resistant to corrosion to ensure a long lifetime.
For the first time, the new series of the SATAjet 3000 spray guns features a high-brilliance chrome surface and a specially coated material passage offering excellent corrosion protection in combination with the SATA stainless steel fluid tips and paint needle.

The difference is in the details

Besides outstanding painting results and perfect ergonomics, the new models are also  second to none when it comes to cleaning and maintenance:
A new feature with the HVLP version is the SATA Quick Change air cap system that allows air cap removal with only one turn and a half. The RP version is also equipped with the SATA Quick Change system.
The exchange of the air distribution ring has now also become very easy as it can be quickly removed for cleaning with a special tool included in each gun.
The already mentioned high-gloss chrome surface of the spray gun body and the control parts allows a fast as well as cost-saving cleaning.
The proven QCC quick change cup connection ensures a quick cup change and also facilitates cleaning of the material passage tremendously.

DigitalEye

The proven and well-known digital display for optimum pressure adjustment and control is now equipped with optimized electronics. The increased measuring accuracy allows maximum color match precision and exact duplication of original finishes for perfect results.

Individual functions

The infinitely adjustable round/flat fan control has been a standard feature on SATAjet gravity flow cup spray guns for right-handed painters for a long time. With the introduction of the new series SATAjet 3000, this feature is now also available for the increasing number of left-handed painters. A retrofit kit, which is available as accessory, turns each SATAjet 3000  in no time into a gun for left-handed painters with additional material flow control screw on the right side of the spray gun.

One name – two systems

According to the motto “Two Ways – One Aim”, there are two different spray gun versions conforming to VOC legislation available that allow individual gun selection.
Based on material, habits, operation methods and available compressed air volume, the painter has the choice between the “SUPER SAVER” green version with HVLP low pressure technology and the “SUPER SPEED” blue version with optimized RP high pressure technology. Both spray gun versions do comply with the strict legal requirements of a transfer efficiency rate higher than 65 %. For an easy distinction, all SATAjet 3000 spray guns are equipped with a colored air cap ring, according to the atomization technology.
