1. Contents of the Online Service
SATA GmbH & Co. KG, hereafter called SATA, shall not take any
liability for recentness, correctness, completeness or quality of the
information provided. Liability charges against SATA referring to material or
ideal damages caused by the usage or failure to make use of the information
provided, resp. by the usage of faulty and incomplete information are generally
excluded, as far as SATA cannot be charged with intentional or culpable
negligence. All offers are non-binding and without any obligation. SATA
exclusively reserves the right to modify, to amend or to erase parts of the
pages or the entire service without separate notice; or to cease offering the
service temporarily or definitely.
2. Hints and Links Direct or indirect hints
at foreign Internet pages ("links") located outside the responsibility of SATA
would lead to a legal liability exclusively in cases where SATA knows the
contents and it would be technically feasible and reasonable for SATA to
prevent their usage in case of them being illegal. Therefore, SATA explicitly
declares that upon setting the links the correspondingly linked pages were
free from illegal contents. SATA does not have any influence on the current and
future structure and contents of the linked pages. Therefore, SATA explicitly
dissociates itself from all contents of all linked pages which have been
modified after the link was established. This declaration applies for all links
and hints established in SATA's Internet presentation, as well as for foreign
entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists possibly provided by
SATA. For illegal, faulty or incomplete contents and in particular for damage
caused by the usage or failure to make use of information provided thus, the
body offering the page to which the link has led shall be exclusively
responsible; not the one who merely hints at the respective publication by means
of the link. 3. Copy and Marking Right SATA is
eager to respect, in all publications, the copyrights of the graphic images,
sound documents, video sequences and texts used, to make use of graphic images,
sound documents, video sequences and texts established by SATA itself, or to
make use of licence-free graphic images, sound documents, video sequences and
texts. All brands and trademarks mentioned within the Internet presentation and,
perhaps, protected by a third party, are subject without limitation to the
stipulations of the respective marking and copyrights of their registered
owners. It must not be assumed, based on the mere mentioning of trademarks, that
these are not protected by a third party's rights ! The copyright for objects
published and established by SATA remains with SATA. Without explicit consent by
SATA, it is prohibited to copy or make use of such graphic images, sound
documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed
publications.
4. Data Protection As far as the Internet
presentation offers the possibility to enter personal or business data (E-mail
addresses, names, mailing addresses), the user enters these data on an
explicitly deliberate basis. As far as this is technically feasible and
reasonable, it is also allowed to make use of and pay for all services offered
without entering such data, resp. by entering pseudonyms or data made
anonymous.
5. Legal Effectiveness of this Liability
Exclusion This liability exclusion is to be regarded as a part of
the Internet presentation from which this site was hinted at. As far as parts or
individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or not fully correspond
to the currently valid legal situation, the other elements of the document shall
remain unaffected as to their contents and validity.
